Safety is the foundation of Strata’s operations. Our safety program is built to protect patients, clinical teams, aviation crews, and the communities we serve.

Safety Team

Strata’s safety function is led by Keith Trepanier, Chief Safety Officer, who reports directly to the Co-CEO. Keith brings more than 35 years of experience, including 25 years of military service in the U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard as a pilot and maintainer, with operational and leadership responsibilities that included safety focused roles.

Following his military service, he served as Aviation Safety Manager at Mayo Clinic, where he supported the medical mission by establishing a Part 135 operation and working closely with transplant teams and their aviation partners to support safe, dependable flights.
