She oversees nationwide clinical operations while driving organizational infrastructure initiatives focused on scalable systems, process improvement, and long-term growth.

Christie’s work bridges clinical excellence with strategic execution, supporting both patient care and business performance. She is known for building strong teams and fostering a culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

Christie holds a Bachelor of Science from Carlow University, a Perfusion Technology Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and an MBA.
